About the Work
O invites babies and their adults into a world of movement, reflection, and sensation.
Designed for children aged 2–18 months, it offers a rare space where the youngest among us can explore freely, shaping their own experience. There’s no narrative to follow, no instructions to obey. Just sound, light, bodies, and presence.
Gentle and radical, O resists adult control and centers the baby’s autonomy. It’s a performance without a clear beginning or end. A shared space. A coexistence.

Practical Details
- Duration: 1.5 or 3 hours (audience can come and go)
- Audience Capacity:
– 1.5 hrs: 15 babies + adults
– 3 hrs: 40–50 babies + adults - Performance Area: 10×8m total (8×6m performance area + lighting)
- Setup:
– Load in: 30 min
– Setup: 3–4 hrs
– Get out: 1.5 hrs - Additional needs: Space for pushchairs, shoes, and coats; bathroom with changing table; relaxed adult area.
